kingpg Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the kingpg website (kingpg.one), its mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a Player's kingpg Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
• "Real Money Games" means any casino game, sports bet, live dealer session, crash game, or arcade game played with funds from a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by kingpg under applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose framework kingpg operates.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory where online gambling is prohibited or where access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or sporting event available through the Platform.

By accessing the kingpg Platform, registering an Account, or making any deposit or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the kingpg Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. These supplementary documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and kingpg.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. kingpg recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and you accept personal liability jointly and severally with that person for any breach.

To register and maintain an Account at kingpg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and it is strictly enforced through identity verification.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity).
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or play.
• You are not employed by kingpg or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, payment processors, or platform suppliers, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by kingpg or under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal disability that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.

Registration requires provision of accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must ensure all information provided is truthful and kept current. kingpg reserves the right to verify registration details at any time, including by requesting documentary evidence such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, or equivalent).

Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. kingpg employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts associated with one individual will result in suspension of all associated accounts and may result in forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kingpg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported unauthorised access to kingpg's support team promptly.

You undertake to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and log out fully from shared devices after each session.
• Notify kingpg immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keep your registered contact information current, including your mobile number and email address.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your Account to any other person.
• Complete KYC verification before initiating your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account).
• Not use your Account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

kingpg accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven (ECPay), Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposits vary by method, beginning at ₱100 for GCash and Maya. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the Account investigated.

Deposits are credited to your kingpg Wallet as soon as the relevant payment gateway confirms receipt, typically within minutes for GCash and Maya. kingpg does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the Payments section of the Platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with anti-money laundering requirements. kingpg aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution's own processing schedules.

All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. kingpg reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once processing has commenced.

kingpg is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. The Platform may freeze an Account and withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if unusual transaction patterns are detected, without prior notice.

kingpg offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to a first-deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and validity periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Full contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: kingpg reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, coordinating with other accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitute fraudulent conduct.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the validity period specified in the relevant promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from issuance.

All games available on the kingpg Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, fishing arcade games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sportsbook operator in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific game rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to gameplay mechanics only.

All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

Malfunctions in any game — whether caused by technical errors, software bugs, connectivity interruptions, or any other reason — render all wagers placed during the malfunction void. kingpg is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions and will reverse affected bets to the extent practicable.

In sports betting, kingpg reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, or where the outcome has been confirmed as the subject of match-fixing or corruption. Settlement of sports bets is final once confirmed in the Platform's system and verified against official results.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kingpg Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening more than one Account per person or facilitating others in doing so.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using any form of software bot, automated system, artificial intelligence, or script to place wagers or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, pricing mistakes, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent (bonus abuse).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kingpg support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

kingpg is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices in the Philippines. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Increases to limits require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases are implemented immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them to the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during sessions reminding players of the time elapsed since login.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Account is inaccessible for real-money play.

All content on the kingpg Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sound recordings, and the "kingpg" brand name — is the exclusive property of kingpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Game content — including graphics, audio, and software — remains the intellectual property of the relevant game providers (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is licensed to kingpg for distribution. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of game content is prohibited.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by kingpg is governed by the kingpg Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy details what information kingpg collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how you may exercise your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by requesting Account closure, subject to kingpg's legal obligation to retain certain records under applicable Philippine law, including AMLA and PAGCOR data retention requirements.

kingpg implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

The kingpg Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingpg expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

kingpg does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform may be subject to maintenance downtime, network outages, or force majeure events outside kingpg's reasonable control.

Gambling involves risk. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. kingpg does not guarantee that you will win any wager, meet any wagering requirement, or achieve any financial outcome through use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, kingpg's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total funds deposited by the Player into their kingpg Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall kingpg be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on game outcomes, RTP representations, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues outside kingpg's infrastructure.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits kingpg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection laws.

kingpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory direction, or if kingpg determines that continuing the relationship poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, kingpg may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account termination unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting kingpg support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until such investigations are resolved.

kingpg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or to prevent fraud, in which case it may take effect immediately.

The updated Terms will bear a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of PAGCOR's regulatory framework, the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's Account, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation by contacting kingpg's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PAGCOR-licensed operations are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Players may escalate unresolved complaints relating to regulated gaming activities to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
